These muffins really DO taste like donuts! They are very easy to make, but they certainly are NOT low-fat! 1 3/4 cups
flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 cup cooking oil
3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 3/4 cup milk Topping: 1/2 cup melted butter 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat
oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder and spices, In larger bowl, combine oil, sugar, egg and milk. Add dry
mix to wet mix and stir until just combined. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Melt butter, and combine the sugar and cinnamon
for topping in a small bowl. Remove muffins from pan and while they are still hot, dip muffins first in butter, then in sugar/cinnamon
mixture. Makes 8-9 large muffins or about 12 small muffins.
